Throughout my career I've intentionally sought out opportunities to work in different sectors and disciplines to ensure my experience is as broad as possible. I've had the pleasure of growing engineering teams from scratch, developing the knowledge and skills of existing teams to see them flourish and work more efficiently and cohesively, and delivering some very interesting projects.
I've intentionally chosen a variety of permanent and contract roles (in and outside of IR35) in my career, focussing more on the challenge of the role than the contractual terms.
